• Flat Rate includes Monthly Inspections

• This listed price represents the first month of service and the initiation of ongoing monthly service.

• Customers are invoiced the day of service with a 30 day net. First inspection invoice will be due the first day of service if not purchased here on our website. 

• AED not included

• Batteries typically expire after 4 years, Electro Pads expire after 2 years or after use

• Replacement of expired or used Batteries & Electro Pads will be billed accordingly

• Includes Completed Service Records kept on file

• Includes Completed Service Sticker located on AED
